Cookies

This working demo sets three cookies, only so the demo can work. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking code on any page, so there is no cookie banner.

stw_sbx opens your private demo. It is set only once you save something, and lasts until the demo closes.
stw_sid keeps you signed in.
stw_hint holds no data. It only tells the page you are signed in, so it can show Your account instead of Log in.

Local and session storage

Three preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage, only after you change them:

stackwood:theme remembers light or dark mode.
stackwood:pause remembers that Pause motion is on.
stackwood:reduce3d remembers that Reduce 3D effects is on.

Session storage keeps unsent form answers and which tab holds a visit time, until you close the tab.

You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings, or with Leave this demo on this device in the account menu. If storage is blocked, the site still works and follows your system settings each visit. Privacy explains how long the demo keeps your data.
